The Mommy MD Guide to Losing Weight and Feeling Great
10/22/2013 10:16I'm a Mom. I put weight on when I was pregnant with my son. I lost some, but not all of the weight. I then had my daughter, and although I didn't gain a lot, I still had that extra poundage from before. If you're like me, you can go up and down. One day you feel great, motivated and ready to make a change. The next, you want to curl up in a ball and stuff brownies down your throat.
So, when I opened my email this morning, I was pleasantly surprised to see The Mommy Guide to Losing Weight and Feel Great as a possible book review from the US Family Guide. This is the fourth in a series of Mom-centric books about getting back your life, with 700+ tips on boosting your mood, energy, weight loss and more. I can't wait to see what else is hidden away and I'll be sure to let you know HONESTLY how helpful it is for me after I'm through reading.

*The book review will be posted in my Product Review section of my blog. ALL opinions and reviews are honest and of my own opinion. It would be a disservice to mislead my readers with dishonest reviews, sponsored or not.
*This post is sponsored by US Family Guide and I was offered a free copy of The Mommy MD Guide to Losing Weight and Feeling Great.
